One-half of a chicken, seasoned and roasted to perfection and served with rice

Seasoned beef and lamb with onions, tomato and tzatziki sau; pita bread and rice

MOUSSAKA
A classic Greek dish. Eggplant, ground beef and seasoned tomato sauce, covered with a white sauce, baked and garnished with cheese
PASTITSO
A pasta and ground beef casserole, tomato sauce, seasoned with onion, cinnamon and cheese and topped with a light bechamel sauce
DOLMATHES
Two grape leaves stuffed with ground beef, rice, herbs and then topped with a light lemon sauce
SPANAKOPITA
Spinach pie made with chopped spinach and feta cheese, rolled in filo dough
TIROPITA
Cheese pie made with filo dough and feta cheese
GYRO SANDWICH
Seasoned beef and lamb rolled in a pita and smothered with onions, tomato and tzatziki sauce
GREEK SALAD
Green salad made with lettuce, peppers, cucumber, onions, Greek olives and feta cheese
